About the service
Kelola Konten is a service for planning, drafting, approving, and scheduling content to the social media accounts you connect, available at app.kelolakonten.com. The service is operated by PT Creativism Digital Marketing, Jl. Perumahan Kenari Asri No. C7b, Losari, Sukoharjo, Kec. Ngaglik, Kab. Sleman, Daerah Istimewa Yogyakarta 55581, Indonesia. In these terms, "we" means the operator of Kelola Konten, and "you" means the person or organization using the service.
Kelola Konten is currently in beta. Features may be added, changed, or discontinued as the product develops.
Accounts
- You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age where you live, to create an account. If you sign up on behalf of a business or organization, you confirm that you are authorized to represent it.
- Your sign up details must be accurate, and your email address must be active, because verification codes and important notices are sent there.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for all activity in your account. Let us know right away if you suspect someone is using your account without permission.
- Each account is for one person. To work together, invite team members through the team feature.
Organizations and teams
Content and channels live inside an organization. The owner or admins of an organization decide who can join and what role they have, and they are responsible for the actions of the members they invite. If you manage accounts that belong to a client, make sure you have the client's permission to connect and manage those accounts.
Your content
You keep all rights to the text, images, videos, and other material you upload or create in Kelola Konten. You give us a limited permission to store, process, show to your team, and send that content to the platforms you choose, solely to operate the service. This permission ends when the content or your account is deleted, except for content already published on third party platforms.
You are responsible for the content you publish, including making sure you have the rights to it and that it does not break the law or infringe anyone's rights. Keep your own copies of important content as well; Kelola Konten is not an archiving service.
Prohibited use
You may not use Kelola Konten to:
- publish content that is illegal, deceptive, hateful, violent, exploits children, or infringes the intellectual property of others;
- send spam, create fake engagement, or manipulate platform reach or metrics;
- access or manage social media accounts without the owner's permission;
- break the terms or policies of the platforms you connect;
- disrupt, overload, break into, or probe the security of the service without our written permission;
- copy, resell, or provide access to the service to anyone outside your organization without our approval.
We may remove content or restrict accounts that break these rules.
Fees
During the beta, Kelola Konten can be used free of charge. If paid plans are introduced, their prices and terms will be announced on our pricing page before they apply, and you can choose to subscribe or stop using the service. We will never charge you without your consent.
Availability and changes
We work to keep the service running, but we do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, or that every post will be published exactly on time. Maintenance, network issues, or changes made by third party platforms can affect the service. We may add, change, or discontinue features; for major changes that affect how you use the service, we will tell you in advance when we can.
Open source software
The Kelola Konten application is a derivative of Postiz and is released under the AGPL-3.0 license. Its source code is available on GitHub. Nothing in these terms limits the rights that license grants over the source code. The Kelola Konten name and logo are not covered by that license.
Termination
You can stop at any time by deleting your account in Settings, Global Settings, Delete Account. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts other users at risk, or when required by law. Where possible, we will tell you the reason first. After an account is closed, its data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
Disclaimer
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law, we make no promise that the service will meet any particular need, and we do not promise any reach, engagement, follower growth, or business result from the content you publish.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect losses, lost profits, lost data, or losses caused by the actions of third party platforms, including posts that fail to publish or are rejected or removed by a platform. While the service is provided free of charge, our total liability to you is limited to reasonably fixing or restoring the service. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. We prefer to resolve issues by talking first, so please contact us through the address in Contact. If we cannot reach an agreement, disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Indonesia.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The latest version is always published on this page along with its effective date. For important changes, we will notify you by email or in the app before they take effect. By continuing to use the service after that date, you agree to the updated terms.
